Daniel Boudreau

Daniel Boudreau became CBC/Radio-Canada’s Executive Vice-President, Media Technology and Infrastructure Services, on February 4, 2019.

In his role, he is responsible for the public broadcaster’s technology and infrastructure operations, including broadcast and network systems, information technology, engineering and transmission, as well as the Corporation’s real estate portfolio.

With broad business experience in operations and production, Daniel understands the importance of having the right technology and infrastructure in place to support CBC/Radio-Canada’s service to Canadians.

Prior to his appointment, Daniel was Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice-President Productions, Operations and Technologies at Groupe TVA inc. During his 13 years at Groupe TVA, he also held the position of Senior Director, Continuous Improvement and Project Management.

Previous to his work with Groupe TVA, Daniel provided consultancy services in IT and held various roles with Look Communications, Telegescom/Telesystems Inc. and Bell Canada.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a Major in Information Technologies from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC).
